About It

What is Salt Therapy?

Many of our clients are aware of the benefits of salt, otherwise known as halotherapy but for those of you who are unfamiliar with it, the process is very straightforward.

It simply involves relaxing in our comfortable salt therapy room and breathing in air infused with tiny particles of pharmaceutical grade salt to improve breathing.

Many different clients come to us for treatment for conditions such as COPD, bronchitis – flu and cold related coughs as well as asthma and hay fever. Read Mae’s story here.

Fantastic complimentary therapy. It has helped my daughter with sore ears and recurrent upper respiratory infections. Gill is such a lovely host and I would highly recommend.

For anyone who Knows our Grace will know how bad she has suffered with asthma and bad chest from young age , we have had 14 sessions now with Gill Baxter and I can't recommend salt therapy enough, Grace hasn't had to use her inhalers!! Obviously doctors won't recommend this as there isn't enough information on it at the minute but I can't recommend it enough!! Grace is a completely different child and actually gets a full night's sleep!! Sea Breeze Salt Therapy
