The first session is free. This is to allow you to experience Salt Therapy, have any questions answered and understand what the therapy entails. It is likely that most people would require an average of 16 sessions to get the maximum benefit, ideally, 2 sessions per week (45 minutes each) are recommended but the more frequently, the better.
